Analysis of Tooth Plate Structure of Pulverizer Machine

Tooth plate, which is also called lining board, is the spare that that directly contacts the ores in a crushing machine. In spite of its simple structure, it has influences on the production capacity, energy consumption, product granularity composition and particle shape and the crushing force, especially the last three items.

Tooth plate has to sustain huge impact and squeezing force, for this reason, its abrasion is very serious. To extend its service life, we can study from two aspects: first, adopt highly wear resistant materials; second, reasonably design structural shape and physical dimension of tooth shape.

The commonly used tooth plate by purverizer machine is ZGMn13 whose features are that under the impact load, the surface of the materials is hardened, thus forming hard and wear-resisting surface, and at the same time, it can maintain the original tenacity of the inner metal, for this reason, it is a commonly used wear resistant material in purverizer machines. The main disadvantage of the common high manganese steel is that in the using process, the material will be out of shape.

In recent years, the commonly adopted material is high chromium white iron in the domestic and foreign market and its service life is much longer than that of the high manganese steel. To ensure product granularity and shape, it is advisable to choose V-shaped or ladder-shaped lining board.
