High performance low pollution mill a must trend

The ore milling technology is increasingly improving, so the materials can be able to reach smaller and smaller particle size. Accordingly, the application becomes more and more universal. At the same time, with improvement of people's health conscious, the market demands more and more strictly to construction material and processing machine. Much of the industrial raw material will no doubt be generated from ball mill. So, the high performance, low pollution milling machine will be a necessary trend in industry market. Raymond mill is also called pendulum type pulverlizer, which has more than 10 years' history. As it have many advantages, such as simple structure, reliable performance, large application, convenient operation and durable long service life.

In recent years, we have made some improvement in raymond mill technology, especially for milling method, wind send, and grading system. The finished product can reach 600~800 Mesh. YCV series superfine pulverizer is newly developed by Hongxing company, which integrates advanced technology, innovation, quality and environmental protection into one. So its service life is prolonged greatly. Nowadays, this new type ball mill is widely applied to iron ore, gold ore, cement, glass, ceramic, electric power, iron and steel industry. YCV superfine V type grinding machine is large output, high efficiency, less dust pollution, etc. It will in no case satisfies machinery users, and fills the blank of domestic large scale ball mill market. Compared to common Raymond mill, high pressure V type ball mill requires special technology to improve finished product grain particle size, accuracy and production capacity.  Superfine pulverlizer is the latest model high efficiency, energy saving fine powder grinding equipment.

The complete structure of Raymond mill consists of host machine, analysis machine, pipe fittings and blowers. According to user's needs, it can be equipped with crusher, elevators, electromagnetic vibratory feeders, electrically controlled Cabinet components. Material is crushed to required grain degrees, and then it is sent to storage Hopper by lifting machine. After that, electromagnetic vibration feeder will send material uniformly to gaps between mill roller mill rings. Due to mill roller works, scroll reached purposes of crushing material. Fine powder goes with loop wind of blower and was sent into analysis machine for selection. Coarse powder or rough of material falls back for milling again, and qualified fine powder goes along with airflow entered finished cyclone set powder Manager, and finally excluded by discharging powder tube, which is finished product. Compared with General Raymond mill, the high pressure grinding roll and ring mill is always closed to another, which works more efficiently.
