Three Methods Can Reduce the Vibration of Sand Maker

During the working process of sand making machine, it is inevitable to shake due to various reasons. The long-term vibration will lead to the loosening or falling off of the screw and other parts, which is one of the reasons for the emphasis on the need of regular maintenance on the sand making machine. So how can we reduce the vibration of sand maker? Hongxing Machinery will show three effective ways to you.

1. The spiral steel wire can reduce vibration. As the damping element, wire rope has low frequency and low variable parameter properties, which can effectively reduce the vibration of sand maker. Compared with the traditional rubber vibration source, it has advantages such as anti oil, anti corrosion, anti temperature, anti high temperature, aging resistance and small volume. The vibration isolation effect mainly depends on its nonlinear hysteretic characteristics.

2. Hydraulic pressure can also reduce the vibration of sand making machine. Hydraulic supporting system consists of traditional rubber bearing and hydraulic damping. It provides large damping in the low frequency range, which rapidly decays the amplitude vibration of the engine. When it has high frequency and low dynamic stiffness, it can also effectively reduce the vibration and noise of the cab.

3. Rubber is an isolator of vibration. The traditional engine adopts the elastic bearing to reduce vibration, which has the advantages of simple structure, low cost and reliable performance. The rubber bearings are generally installed on the frame, which can be divided into three types according to the work force: compression, shear and the compound types.
